all appointments are submitted as booking requests and must be approved. after booking, you'll receive an intake form and waiver by email that must be completed before your appointment can be approved. depending on your service, you may also receive additional pre-appointment instructions.

brow body is an appointment-only studio.

yes! if your preferred appointment isn't available, you're welcome to join the waitlist. when submitting your request, please include your preferred day(s) of the week and time(s), or a specific date and time, in the notes. i'll do my best to find an appointment that fits your availability. if i'm unable to find a match, i'll reach out to you via text.

appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or modified with less than 24 hours' notice—including removing or downgrading services—are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

yes! guests and children are welcome as long as they remain seated, supervised, and respectful of the studio throughout your appointment. if they become disruptive to your service or another client's experience, we may need to reschedule your appointment and all fees will apply. note: kids are not allowed during pmu services

we accept all major cards, tap to pay, your card on file, BNPL and exact cash.

once your appointment has been approved, you'll receive detailed arrival instructions. our building remains locked & under surveillance at all times, so you'll need to use the call box to be buzzed in for your appointment.

we offer a 7-minute grace period. after that, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or cancelled depending on the remaining time available. shortened or modified appointments due to arriving late do not result in a price adjustment. if your appointment cannot be completed, a 40% cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our booking policy.
